If you want to create a new campaign map using this tool then make a folder called my_campaign copy the contents of the imperial campaign into it then go to data/text and copy this file into your my_campaign folder imperial_campaign_regions_and_settlement_names.txt and rename it my_campaign_regions_and_settlement_names.txt I got most of this info from Myrddraal's guide but I figured out some of it myself. (Just look around the files in rtw and look at some of the forums) thats what I did. Also after looking at the screenshots I think you will have to have at least some modding knowledge before using this tool. Here is the link and it might solve some of the problems youre having.
